AltRxMed does not perform evaluations for these conditions, but rather reviews your submitted information for appropriateness of treatment before entering you into the registry and providing a recommendation for a valid Ohio Medical Marijuana card.

- Multiple Sclerosis
- Parkinson’s Disease
- Positive Status for HIV
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)*
- Sickle Cell Disease
- Spasticity
- Spinal Cord Injury or Disease
- Terminal Illness
- Tourette’s Disease
- Traumatic Brain Injury
- Ulcerative Colitis
*Documentation a diagnosis of PTSD from a healthcare professional must be provided to receive a recommendation for this qualifying condition.
